Performance coaching develops skills and knowledge and improves job performance. Performance coaching allows people to achieve organisational objectives and personal career progress. Coaching focuses on specific skills and goals. It concentrates on creating high performance and improvement at work. Coaching is most valuable when you have a clear learning or development need.
Barbara works privately with clients who are unable to get coaching at work. She also works as an external consultant with organisations which offer coaching to their employees.
